Terms of use
Plain rules for a simple service. Reading these before your first order saves both of us time.
Last updated 23 August 2026
1. What you are buying
Cloud Stacking builds contextual links on pages hosted by third-party cloud platforms and reports the resulting URLs to you. You are paying for the build and the report. We do not sell rankings, traffic or any specific search outcome, and no employee is authorised to promise one.
2. Content that is allowed
The overwhelming majority of commercial niches are accepted without review, including:
- Local services, trades, home improvement and professional services
- SaaS, B2B, agencies, e-commerce and marketplaces
- Affiliate and review sites, including comparison content
- Finance, insurance and legal information sites
- Health and wellness content that does not claim to treat a condition
- Travel, hospitality, education and recruitment
- Real-money gaming, casino and betting in jurisdictions where you are licensed
- CBD, vape and adult content, subject to the platform limits noted in section 4
- Crypto, trading and Web3 projects that are not soliciting deposits fraudulently
- YouTube channels, Google Business Profiles and social assets as targets
3. Content that is refused
We decline these outright and will cancel and refund an order if it is discovered after payment:
- Child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual sexual content and content depicting real violence
- Malware, phishing, credential harvesting, carding and account-selling sites
- Fake documents, forged credentials and identity fraud services
- Illegal drug marketplaces, weapons sales and human trafficking
- Content inciting hatred or violence against a protected group
- Pirated media, cracked software and stolen data repositories
- Investment schemes that guarantee returns or operate as pyramid structures
- Sites impersonating a brand, government body or financial institution
Anchors and copy follow the same standard. We will not publish defamatory statements about named individuals or businesses, nor medical or financial claims that a regulator would treat as misleading.
4. Platform limits
Several cloud providers in our pool prohibit adult, gambling and CBD content in their own terms. Orders in those niches are built on the subset of providers that permit them, which means a smaller platform spread. You will still receive the full link count you paid for.
5. Delivery
Orders confirmed before 14:00 UTC on a working day are built and reported the same day. Orders above 100 links may be split across two working days; you are told before payment if that applies. Delivery is complete when the CSV report is available in your account.
6. Link persistence and replacement
Third-party platforms occasionally remove pages, and we cannot prevent that. Report a dead URL from your report within 90 days of delivery and we rebuild an equivalent link at no charge. Replacement is the standard remedy; see the refund policy for the exceptions where money is returned instead.
7. Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials and API keys confidential, for the accuracy of the target URLs and anchors you submit, and for holding the rights to any copy you supply. Orders placed with your API key are treated as authorised by you.
8. Payment
All prices are in USD and exclude any local sales tax you may owe. Orders are prepaid. Reseller accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms, in writing, in advance.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for ranking movements, manual actions, algorithmic filtering, or loss of revenue arising from the use of links. Search engines set their own rules and change them without notice.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in-account at least 14 days before they take effect, and orders already paid for are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
